Toshiba's New Monochrome MFPs Combine Ledger-Size Capability Within Space-Saving Design

Affordable New Multifunction Products Ideal for Smaller Businesses and Workgroups
IRVINE, Calif. — Today, Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. unveils its e-STUDIO™2802AM and e-STUDIO™2802AF multifunction products (MFPs). The latest monochrome introductions to the Irvine, Calif. company’s e-STUDIO line equip smaller businesses and workgroups with ledger-size – or A3 - performance within a compact and durable design.
Toshiba’s new print models outfit businesses with the capability to affordably print and copy letter size (8.5 x 11 inch) and ledger-size (11 x 17 inch) documents. Sending sales and marketing materials electronically is also a snap through the products’ color scanning capability. The MFPs additionally feature a fax option.
Producing up to 28 pages-per-minute (ppm) along with 2,400 x 600 dots-per-inch resolution, the products briskly render sharp text and images. Businesses seeking to conserve more paper – via two-sided documents – are sure to welcome the inclusion of a standard automatic duplex unit and reversing automatic document feeder (RADF).
All models feature an 18-second warm-up time and less than seven second, first-copy-out time. The e-STUDIO2802AM and e-STUDIO2802AF additionally feature a 250-sheet paper drawer with 50 additional sheets available for ledger-size printing and copying via the bypass.
Optional 802.11 B/G/N support for wireless environments complement the products’ standard network connectivity. BYOD (bring your own device) employees with Apple® iOS and Android™ devices are also likely embrace Toshiba’s e-BRIDGE™ Print & Capture mobile app enabling users to intuitively wirelessly scan from and print to e-STUDIO devices.
